Job Title : Manager- HR (Talent Acquisition)
Position Summary :
Primary responsibility will be to manage the Talent Acquisition end to end, recruitment cost effectively and attract great talent for the organization
Organizational Relationships :
- Reports to -Director HR
This position will work very closely with :
- This position works closely with all Departments in INSS and the business Stakeholders
- Additionally, the following external relationships will be required of this position:
- TA Vendors
Scope Of Responsibility :
- Responsible for TA function, PAN India
- Ensuring TA process and compliance
- Business Partner role for TIS, Service and PS
Essential Functions :
- End to End Talent Acquisition (PAN India)
- Support Business Managers on their resource requirements PAN India mostly by employee references, Job portals, empaneled manpower vendors and candidate references
- High end critical, internal/ outsourced/ direct/ contract to hire, ad-hoc and JIT requirements
- Manage hiring process, process job applications, screen applications, interview process & shortlist
- Close critical requirements within a stipulated period of time for senior level management, middle and junior positions
- To ensure timely completion of the appointment letters, reference checks, creation of employment records, maintenance of the personal files, support the HR operations team
- Ensure On-boarding of new employees smoothly
- To Prepare & maintain the various recruitment reports Recruitment dashboards and analysis
- Ensure support to general HR Administration and activities
- HR Audits, Dashboard management
- Individual contributor role which includes leadership hiring
Policy Framework :
- Periodic Review and End to End Release of Company Policies
- Benchmarking the existing policy against the policies of other companies across industries
- TA policy formulation including rehire, IJP, Referral scheme, JD Bank etc.
- Streamlining and optimizing TA related process for Onboarding, Induction, Buddy system, HR operations in lines with HR Compliance and audit per se

Will be involved in :
- Experience in talent acquisition strategies & planning, budgeting
- Designed, developed and implemented Talent Acquisition Process Manuals & Online Systems integrating Resource Request to Application Tracking System for governance.
- Experience in working closely with the leadership team including business leaders, partners and directors across the location
- Strong understanding of processes, metrics and QTC model (Quality hire in required Time at low Cost)
- Experience in working closely with corporate communication in promotional & advertising plans for lateral and bulk hire
- HR Web- Updating the HR Web on the open positions
- Recruitment Budget- Bring about cost effectiveness in the recruitment area regularly.
