HR Manager - Talent Acquisition - Housing Finance Firm

Our client, a leading housing finance firm is looking for an HR Manager for their Talent Acquisition vertical in Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Handle end to end recruitment cycle for the open positions

- Design the recruitment process and selection matrix for choosing the recruitment channel and source

- Prepare dashboards for Senior Management

- Perform campus and lateral recruitment through internal as well as external sources

- Analyze the recruitment requirement, recommend changes to the recruitment process and implement changes

- Lead and manage projects at an organization level

- Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand the skill-set required, create a job description, develop & execute a recruitment plan

Skills Required :

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR

- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment
