HR Manager - Strategy / Generalist For a Large Indian Orgn !
Client :
- They are looking for a smart HR Manager who will work closely with the CHRO to manage Corporate HR Strategy and HR initiatives for the organization
Job description :
- Work Closely with the Global CHRO for executing HR strategy & vision
- Help manage & track various HR initiatives, Culture, Performance, C&B, Rewards, TA across BUs & Locations
- Create Corporate / Global policies & communicate the same across BU's
Required profile :
- PG/MBA
- 8 to 15 yrs in HR
- 2+ years in Leading HR of a BU/Orgn independently
- Be agile & Have exp across various HR functions as HR Generalist in a COMPLEX / Matrix Environment
- MUST have good experience of HR Strategy development and implementation
- Excellent communication & presentation
