HR Manager/Sr Manager - IT

We are trying to identify a seasoned HR professional for a role in Corporate R team of our client which is a 10000 people IT consulting company.

Job location - Pune

- It is a generalist role reporting to VP HR. While the person will be responsible for various functions, the focus areas would be Global Policy formulation and Comp & Ben.

- Ideal candidate should have worked in these 2 areas extensively with an over experience of 12 to 16 yrs, be a self starter and have excellent communication skills.
