- Leading the HR function; Aligning HR Strategy with overall business strategy; playing a consultative & advisory Role to management for all HR initiatives.

- Organizational structure/chart and reporting structure preparation with organizational updates.

- Overlooking - Recruitment & Selection

- On-boarding, Induction & Orientation

- Training & Development

- Performance Management

- Policies & Procedures

- Preparation of Personnel Policies of the organization and alignment with industry updates.

- Implementation and communication of policies to resources

- Employee Relations, Engagement & Retention

- Compensation & Benefits

- Separation and Exits
