Job Description - To work with rural sales department head in identifying training needs and provide training solutions to enhance staff development
- To develop, deliver and evaluate training programs for sales functions and management skills
- To assist in culture building programs and promotional campaign in sustaining the corporate culture
- To lead and manage multi-projects relating to staff activities
- To maintain and enhance the training administration system
The Successful Candidate - MBA from a tier 1 management institute in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 4-6 years- relevant corporate training experience with 2 years at managerial level
- Proven track record in designing and delivering staff development programs including sales and soft skills training programs
- Experience in organizing staff activities and able to cope with fast-growing and dynamics environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and is action-oriented, energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
