Designation : HR Operation Manager- UNDP Project (United Nations Development Programme)

Job Location : Jaipur / Lucknow/ Bhopal

Experience : 4yrs+ year experience in Human Resource Management

Contract Period : 18 months contract ( not a permanent job)

Qualification : Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities :

Scouting and identifying all personnel to be situated at the district level for the project :

- Support National Project Manager to Develop the framework and strategic approach to identification and recruitment of the appropriate personnel to be stationed at the state and district level

- Finalize the terms of reference for each position

- Develop a advertisement plan

- Inform and coordinate interviews and recruitment

- Undertake field visits for 10 days in a month

Implement the HR policy appropriate for the project personnel that should include :

- Remuneration

- Other benefits such as provident fund, leaves and medical insurance

- Administration and deployment of staff

- Travel policy for staff

Implement evaluation, career guidance and support mechanisms :

- Implement the performance criteria for each of the staff recruited

- Implement a performance evaluation procedures

- Implement staff support and career guidance mechanism
