- Hands-on person with a flair for Hiring Strategy implementation. Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures job application and on boarding Processes .
- Supervising the recruiting team and report on its performance .Keeping track of recruiting metrics (time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Implementing new sourcing methods (social recruiting and portal searches)
- Developing & implementing strategies for screening / recruitment to combat high attrition rate & retain talent
- Partner with business as well as operate within the current process and system that enables the growth of the business.
- Exposure in Manpower planning & Talent Acquisition, Recruitment of all levels of candidates (Entry to level to Top Management).
- Understand the business and act in support of the company strategy and operating goals.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and take hands on approach; he/she will deliver scalable, customer-focused HR programs and services to the business.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, strategic thinking, ability to influence others.
