We are looking for a result driven and aggressive individual for mid/junior level recruitment. Responsibilities will include:
1) Driving end to end recruitment of top talent. This would include
a. Planning and optimizing strategies for attracting top talent.
b. Generating leads for the desired positions from various platforms and engines.
c. Taking end to end responsibility of running interview process on all the shortlisted candidates.
d. Maintaining an MIS for the same.
e. Ensuring successful onboarding of the candidate.
2) Taking up general processes of
a. On-boarding selected candidates
b. Payroll Management
c. Employee Engagement
d. Learning and Development
IDEAL QUALITIES:
1) BE/B.Tech /MBA + 1-5 Yrs of experience
2) Experience in devising recruitment and employee engagement strategies
3) Strong problem solving and ability to get things done.
4) Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
5) Experience of people engagement is a must.
6) Entrepreneurial attitude to handle challenging tasks, deal with ambiguity and shoulder responsibility
