Key Result Areas
This role is responsible for Managing life-cycle of the entire promoter base across all sales channels
Budgeting & Reporting
1. Responsible for Annual cost budgeting for off roll employees and monitoring of cost on monthly basis
2. Report channel wise promoter metrics on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis
Employee Lifecycle Management
1. Manage the monthly on-boarding and Induction across the country
2. Design, Implement, and monitor employee engagement program for the Promoters
Payroll & Incentive
1. Manage the monthly salary, incentive and attendance input to third party payroll vendors
Compliance & Audit
2.. Ensure adhering to statutory compliance, conduct monthly review and audit with vendors
Career & Performance Management
1. Develop & run programs to identify and retain top performers
2. Responsible for running career development centers for promoters
Grievance Redressal
1. Create a mechanism to aptly address all promoter grievances
Preferred Profile
1. Should have managed a large Promoter (customer service associate) base
2. Should have hands on experience in managing Payroll and incentives\
3. Should have exposure to managing life cycle of promoters
