IR & ER :
- Ensuring healthy employee-management relations in the organization.
- Advising & assisting other departmental head on interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs.
- Liaisoning with all the Local authorities like political Leaders, Leaders of Trade Union, Local Punch / Surpunch / Pradhan & Gundaa's.
- Implementing all rules & regulations, compensation plans, reward and recognition schemes, HR policies are communicating across.
Administration:
- House Keeping
- Guest House Administration
- Company Flats Administration
- Company Vehicles Administration
- Pick & Drop of Guest
- Hotel Arrangements.
- Ensuring the proper upkeep of Gardening
- Ensuring the Upkeep of Pantry & Canteen Facility
- Up keeping the record of Factory Uniform
- Looks the First-Aid activities.
- Ensuring Pest control activities & updating of record is being strictly following & maintain.
Recruitment :
- Taking the requisition from individual department.
- Searching the right candidate through internal & external links.Asking to placement agencies for the same.
- After collection of CVs short listing the right candidate, scheduling the Interview & last taking the final interview.
- Sends selected candidate's employment form to HO for offer letter.
- After receiving the offer letter from HO, Taking candidate to pre-employment medical test.
- Ensuring that all the joining formalities should be done proper & correct.
- Providing all necessary information to joined candidate during Induction programme about the rules & regulation of company.
- Always try to ensure good personnel are recruited.
- Ensure the joining formalities, issuing letter of intention/appointment and then induction orientation to new joining employees to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
- Coordinating to corporate for recruitment process.
