HR Manager - Plant - FMCG

We are looking for HR Manager for Plant for MNC FMCG company based out of North

The position holder is responsible for meeting all Site/HR objectives and KPI- s committed in the Site Business Contract for Human Resources, Administration, Communication & EHM functions at Site. The key elements of the role are to:

Ensure best utilisation of Human Resources;

Attract, Motivate, Develop & Retain the best talent for meeting the current & future organisational needs;

Drive Mindset & Culture change interventions & Establish a high performance culture that is based on trust and empowerment;

Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, EHM, regulatory & statutory requirements of the company;

We are looking for

Experience : Minimum 6-8 years of post qualification experience in a continuous process manufacturing industry.

Education: Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute / university.
