We have the following requirement -

India Lead -HR Manager

Mncs Healthcare /Pharma/Medical Technology in Mumbai based looking to expand

Client is well established in India and is looking to expand with a vision to Institutionalize HR dept with correct processes and systems .

Role is

- Develop and implement Human Resources Strategies, Policies and Procedures to ensure the effective utilisation and management of company’s human resources, in line with the business strategies of the company.

- In conjunction with managers determine staff/company training and development needs and recommend and initiate appropriate development programmes, to maximise potential of human resources.

- Provide effective and efficient service and support to employees and management in the areas of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management and Development, Talent Management, Remuneration & Benefits, Employee Relations, Organisational Development and Change Management

Ideal candidate should have 7-10 years experience in HR from 2002-2005/6 batches from Premier HR Inst like TISS/XLRI/SCHMRD/IIM/NM/XIM-B /SIBM or equivalent who is looking for opportunity to head the function Preference will be given to HR from Pharma/Medical Devices and Diagnostics/ Biotechnology/FMCG/Mfg or equivalent branded Indian or Mncs
