Openings : Manager HR
Number of days working- 6 days in a week
Travelling : Yes, would require to travel in Western Mumbai.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Talent Acquisition
Understanding the hiring requirements & supporting the business with 100% workforce on field
Sourcing candidates using job portals, job posting, networking sites and references
Organizing interviews with internal stakeholders, negotiating salaries and following up with candidates till joining
Managing Critical Vacancies
Facilitating Induction and Orientation of new employees
Employee Engagement & Retention
Employee Attrition - To control and monitor attrition numbers
Retaining top talent
Manage exit interviews and support the business in analysing the data and provide solutions to improve retention rates
Managing Internal promotions
Monthly Planning and Execution of employee engagement activity in the region
Effectively driving the PMS exercise across region for all employees
Facilitate the rollout of all corporate initiatives including Reward and Recognition; Building the Rewarding culture across the region
Learning & Development
Checking the Business Priorities and coordinating with the Regional Training Manager on the need based training programmes
Ensuring all employees gets covered under 1 training program in a span of 6 Months
Conducting Monthly HR Induction - Sprout for new joiners
Developing Business Talent pool through right capability, Ensure that a strong leadership and coaching culture is developed across the region
Documentation
Ensuring 100% completion of the pre & post joining formalities of the new hires
Coordinating with Depot and HO Managers to facilitate the completion of any new documentation of existing employees in the region
Maintaining of the data base month on Month
Grievance Management & ER
Effective handling of employee queries
Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.
Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
