We have urgent opening for Manager- Business HR with one of our ITES Client in Motinagar Delhi   Joining Date: ASAP   Responsibilities:   - Processing Payrolls & Statutory compliances   - Managing employee Compensation & related issues   - Preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports   - Managing all employee conduct & discipline issues   - Responsible for joining formalities of new employee   - Managing clearance, F&F (full & final) settlements & exit interviews   - Preparing Attrition Reports   - Maintaining attendance records online, roaster swapping, leave record etc.   - Managing NCNS records   - Responsible for Schedule Violation Agent   - Managing the complete recruitment life – cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources   Desired Profile:   - Atleast 6-7 years of experience with 4+ yrs in Business HR (Core HR) handling Payroll, Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations, Grievances handling, Performance Management System, Exit, Payroll, Statuary Compliance, PF, ESI, Leave & Attendance, T&D, Employee Orientation, Payroll processing.   - Must have strong exposure in Payroll preparation, Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations, Policy.   - Candidate must have excellent command over English language (verbal / written)   - Must have Prior experience in International BPO in HR Department.   - Must have excellent working skills on MS Excel.   Shift: Late Evening / Night Shifts (No cabs, one side for female candidates within Delhi only)   Salary: up to 9lpa   Should be MBA full time from Decent Institutes   Please call Ravi on 9910549163 for further details
