Responsibilities -

- Designing and implementing employee retention and employee engagement program

- Maintaining and updating employee records on HR databases

- Managing and interacting with 3rd party vendors for all hiring needs

- Preparing and presenting MIS reports to management

- Planning & managing a seamless onboarding process for new employees

- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
