- Drive and manage the development and implementation of company-wide performance management systems
- Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role/department within the organization
- Work closely with HR to ensure that each of the Business units & enabling functions adheres to the overall PMS framework
- Developing and conducting training's and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised
- Develop and Implement Employee performance appraisal tools
- Responsible for developing customized dashboards during the appraisal process
- Lead relevant adhoc Performance Management or HR projects and initiatives
- Will be responsible for working with the various Employee Resource Groups & driving employee engagement initiatives
- As part of the OD agenda, develop & drive strategic change management projects
- Assist the Head of People & OD in the implementation of the People First Strategy and continue to enhance the quality of delivery of the HR & OD service.
- Lead the OD and Learning function, managing the implementation of plans and strategies by maximizing the resource of the whole team and contracting with external partners as required to deliver on agreed plans.
