- Preparing Monthly payroll calendar.
- Identifying and taking proactive measures to control revenue leakage by giving correct and timely inputs for Attendance, Late coming, Attendance regularizations, Leave Management, appraisal, Promotions, F&F Calculations, Bonus, Incentives, Reimbursements, Over Time, Damage and Loss, Advance, Loan, ESI / PF monthly Contributions , Etc.
