- Looking for HR professionals with good exposure to Compensation & Benefits - Salary bench-marking, Job evaluation, Incentive management

- Must have experience in collecting and collating data, preparing various MIS reports, budgeting, HR analytics, making presentations to senior leadership teams within the organization

- Must be very good with MS Excel and must have excellent communication & presentation skills

- Must have experience in administering various awards and rewards to employees of the organization.
