Company Profile: Our clients are a Global, highly profitable, rapidly expanding, professionally managed MNC organisation based in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The role would be of a business partner, report to the CEO & Global Head-HR. Our clients are a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent organisation.

Job Profile: This is a location HR-Head position. The position is responsible for overseeing and directing all activities that encompass the entire employee life cycle across the location.Will ensure that the HR function proactively supports the organization to achieve its objectives by leading, developing and motivating an effective and professional HR team.

We are looking for a mature HR professional with well-rounded knowledge and experiences in all HR activities with ability to work as a business partner, ability to manage employee relations, strong in talent development and OD, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliances etc.Responsible for conceptualization & implementation of Human Resources policies and programs. Will oversee HRMS and Payroll functions.

- Ensure HR alignment to busines

- Oversee and direct HR operations & goals

- Review and monitor employee engagement initiatives

- Talent management initiatives

- Manage team performance

Candidate Profile: MBAs having 6-15 years relevant experience in professionally managed manufacturing/service organisations. Must have recent experience in independently managing HR of a location.
