Job Description

- Policies and Innovative Projects

- Research, benchmark, policy formulation and carrying out innovative projects

- Carry out research of best practices and design HR policies leading to engagement & happiness of employees

- Partner with CPWO in carrying out research and in creating knowledge for innovative HR projects

Qualification:

- M. Phil / Ph.D in English / Organizational Psychology; MBA / PGDM OB / HR from reputed B schools

Experience

- 2-3 years of corporate experience, with research orientation.
