Reports to : General Manager – ECT, India  Functionally to HR Country Manager – India  Location : NCR   Job Purpose:  - This role covers the full range of HR activities including performance management, reward and recognition management, talent management & succession Planning, employee relations etc.   - Being a site management team member, position would also be responsible for taking a leading role in defining the cultural direction and leadership development required to drive operational, commercial and growth objectives. Being a deputy HR country Manager, this position would support country HR initiatives.  Accountabilities:  Through working with General Manager (GM) & HR Country Manager (HCM);  - Support the site management team in the development & delivery of the longer term HR strategy.  - Lead and manage Manpower planning and end to end recruitment process for the business.  - Lead and manage Performance management and rem review process in consultation with GM & HCM.  - Draw up and implement action plan to improve employee morale & motivation through employee surveys, one to one discussions, employee engagement activities etc.  - Draw up and deliver business Learning & Development plan  - Work with GM & HCM in Talent review process for BU. Identify key talent and work around their development. Manage succession planning process for the site.  - Lead site community engagement program.  - Develop and deliver longer term employee relations (IR) strategy for the business. Develop and implement site communication process that support BUER strategy.  - Maintain overall statutory compliance related to labour/employment laws and factory operations and ensure no non-compliance..  - Co-ordinate with Lawyers and external parties for employee related court matters and legal cases, Liasoning with Government authorities..  - Management of Contractors, Contract labours and related legal compliance.  - Lead and Manage site general administration including Housekeeping, Travel, Stationary etc.  - Lead and Manage site security function.  - Actively participate in country HR initiatives such as C&B surveys and planning, policy formulation, changes and implementation, Graduate recruitment & summer internship process, mentoring, Recruitment etc..  Person Specification:  - Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in HR, IR or personnel Management from reputed institute.  - 10 to 15 years of relevant experience with Manufacturing set up in HR & Employee relation Management.  - Strong communication and inter personnel skills necessary. Able to command respect internally and externally.  - Ability to be self-motivated.  - Possess strong technical expertise and in depth and wide reaching knowledge of HR Processes, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance etc..  - Ability to develop and maintain broad contact base on all aspects of HR & IR.  About The Company:  A Client of Antal International into manufacturing discipline.
