HR Manager - IT - Startup

We are premium HR Consultancy firm based out of Bangalore serving leading IT companies to fulfill their Mid and Senior level Placements.

We are looking for "Manager, Human Resources" for one of our client based of Bangalore (HSR Layout). Its a startup started by two leading IT professionals based out of USA with strong experience in their domain. The company is into Developing Analytics Products and started their operation in USA and India. Selected candidate will have an opportunity to pretty much set up entire HR function for the organisation.

The Job Description is as follows:

- Experience between 6 - 8 years

- Must have experience in working for Startup at least for 2 years of their initial operation

- Should possess Masters in HR from reputed institute with full time course

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have hands on experience in policy making, Organisation Development, Business Partner and Grievances Handling

- Should be hands on latest HR trends
