Looking for US HR Manager

Work Timings: 2 to 11 PM

Job Summary:

As a Human Resources Manager (US), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops a high-performing workforce while maintaining compliance. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage HR operations and support the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

- Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction

- Responsible for hiring of employees and ensuring smooth onboarding

- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counselling employees and supervisors

- Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision

- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures

- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration

- Handle confidential matters with discretion

Required skills and qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in HR and managing folks in US

- You should be well versed with US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc

- Well versed with hiring/firing rules, insurance rules, immigration rules and regulations, US employee laws and regulations

- Team Management

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset

- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

- Must have good communication skills.

- MBA candidates are preferred for the role

- Familiarity with HR software

- Strong understanding of US labour laws related to HR
