Principal Accountabilities

Employee advocate.

- Partner with local management to deliver a high class service which drives business results and increased employee engagement.

- Implement HR policies to ensure efficient and effective people management and regulatory compliance.

- Participate in or lead projects to enhance the employee value proposition and inform policy development.

- Ensure HR decisions/initiatives are based on reliable HRIS data.

- Coach local management team for high performance results.

- Plan and execute high quality selection to recruit for available roles and provide better diversity and talent for the future.

- Plan and execute flawless region wide change programmes.

- Ensure our employment agreements and compensation packages remain competitive to attract and retain talent.

- Talent Management planning to increase capability and succession into leadership roles.

- Work seamlessly with the HR Director Asia Pacific and Organisation Development team to ensure appropriate learning and development initiatives are developed and deployed.

- Facilitate training as required.

- Lead and develop the HR team to be commercial business partners who deliver business results and a first class service.

- In cooperation with the HR Director Asia Pacific ensure the execution of key HR processes of the employment lifecycle (e.g. Induction, HR Metrics Reporting, Performance Review, Annual Salary Review, Manager development, Incentive/Bonus/Pay schemes etc)

- Ensure effective external and internal networks are established

- Building and contributing to a high performance HR Team in Asia Pacific.

- Collaboration across different countries, cultures.

- Managing perceptions of the key global stakeholders employees, management and the leadership team

- Delivering the People Plan and OD activities that underpin the Business Agenda.

- Drive to understand and act to improve retention of regretted losses and to actively manage talent.

Skills, Know How and experience

- Proven HR Expertise minimum of 5 years in B2B / high service, changing environment.

- 5 years leading and developing a small HR team.

- Experience of operating in multi country / multi site/multi cultural environment.

- Recognised formal professional qualification in HR or equivalent.

- Commercial acumen and financial knowledge.

- Proven ability to execute change including change programmes that affect people.

- Strong relationships builder at all levels and proven record in connecting with a leadership teams to drive for results

- Strong influencing skills.

- Coaching and facilitation skills.

- Language fluent English

- Must be Hands On and able to take strategy through to implementation.
