Requirement for an MNC IT company- HR Manager with 10-12 yrs exp on the following areas of work -

- Should be from IT company

- Strong in C&B and M&A

- HR shared services exp

- End to end HR activities

- Strong recruitment exp - junior to senior levels, technical and Functional roles advantageous if managed the HR function in the past,

- Independently advantageous if worked in an MNC culture and interacted across various regions with leadership and corporate HR.

- Should be able to manage the function with a lean team

- Should have worked alongside the sales team.

- Should be willing to travel if required.

All the above skills are an absolute must.
