HR Manager - IT

I am hiring HR manager for a leading IT company .

JD:-

1. Candidates should have experience in the IT Industry.

2. Overall experience 8 to 12 years, last 2-3 years in a managerial role

3. Working closely with Sr. Management teams

4. Able to work with team members with strong personalities

5. Able to work extended hours and over the weekend

6. Candidates residing within close proximity to Andheri is preferred

7. Candidates must have strong English written and spoken communication skills

8. Must have strong experience in relationship management skills

9. Excellent working knowledge in excel is a must

10. Should be willing to take on Administrative activities as part of the role.

11. Manage a team of 4 team members
