Responsibilities:-

To implement, monitor HR policies, processes in effectively fulfilling the organizational objectives, increasing the level of efficiencies of the personnel employed, in manpower sourcing, payroll, employee services, in training co-ordination, communicating HR policies, performance appraisals, and in facilitating staff welfare activities within HCIL at all levels.
