HR Manager

We have this HR Manager Opening with a Captive IT MNC in Indurance domain(BFSI) in Bangalore.

Desired Profile:

- Looking for a strong HR generalist with strategic HR experience and taking care of all HR generalist functions like HR BU partnering, performance management, comp & ben, HR people initiatives, etc in a Captive unit.

- The person will be responsible for end to end HR Managerment at a Strategic Level and will be one of the key HR Team Members for the centre.

- Looking for A successful HR professional, who has brought in new HR Initiatives in end to end HR Functions and succesfully excuted innovative process imrovements and changes to enable a better work environment.

- Proven Experience in adding value, through new ideas and innovations ideally in an IT Captive environment.

- Looking for smart candidates with good educational background and a good MBA from a tier 2 or tier 3 institute(Not mandatory).

Experience:

- 12 - 16 years of Relevant HR Generalist/Business Partnering experience in an IT/Technology Captive Environment.
