Manager Human Resource - Industrial Relations - Ghaziabad

The opening is with a leading fmcg company

Job Location : Ghaziabad

MBA with 4-6 yrs of experience post qualification. (2005/06/07).

- To have effective manpower planning that includes of contract employees & ensure availability of the same for production

- To source & recruit right people at the plant level

- To conduct Induction program of all new joiners at the Plant

- To coordinate Training on various topics in line with job requirement

- To coordinate Performance Appraisals & Reviews at the Plant

- To execute Employee Policies as per sanction

- To fulfil Statutory Compliances under various labour laws on time & to have effective visioning with various Government/ Social authorities

- To ensure discipline & harmonious Industrial Relations

- To ensure proper Security/ Canteen/Housekeeping/Transportation services, etc and other administrative function of the Plant
