The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing all the HR operations and strategies within a company.
Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Serving as the point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment which is a major focus point in our organization at this moment.
- Handle all new joinee inductions.
- Employee retention and grievance handling
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees regarding all company policies.
- Handle performance appraisals.
- Employee productivity. Focus on making sure that organization is the best place to work. Proactively look for ways to improve employee productivity. Create a lively and fun work environment.
- Manage and conduct employee engagement activities.
- Manage the employee exit process - Conduct exit interviews, analyze data for trends and make recommendations for change, as appropriate
The ideal candidate for this position will be a people’s person, dynamic, intelligent, fun, detail-oriented and most importantly ability to command lot of trust and respect from all levels is a must to excel in this role
- Requires a high level of initiative and independence.
- Superb verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Should have a good experience in recruitment.
- 4+ years experience in HR. Start-up experience is a big plus.
This is an urgent requirement and we would prefer candidates who can join at the earliest.
