Position Description:

Owns and is responsible for human resources function of the organization; Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Duties:

- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Forecasts and advises human resources requirements to support organizational growth.

- Owns and establishes the process of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding employees to the organization.

- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs to align them with our mission and our business plan.

- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances.

- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts.

- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

- Prepares and owns management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Aids the COO and the Senior Operations Manager in developing a strategy to ensure a lean employee structure to promote agile operations.

- Promotes ethical practices in the organisation by putting in place ethic compliance controls and prevents practices of internal fraud, i.e., acts as ethical compliance officer.

- Develop and continually optimise recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.

- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization; identify talent requirements and plan talent acquisition to procure best human resources to enable organization growth.

- Develop college recruiting programs to ensure preferential treatment in terms of slots during placement cycles.

- Manage and guide development of corporate employment guideline for reference and ready guidance for other employees of the organisation.

- Should be fluent in English (verbal and written).

- Should be proficient in MS Office Suite.

Educational & Professional Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred

Industry Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role

Compensation:

- Candidate shall be eligible for an annual appraisal ranging between 5-25% based on personal and company performance.
