Coaching associates on policies, performance management, learning and development opportunities, compensation and benefits,
Collating Learning and Development needs based on aspirational roles/competency gaps and partnering with the concerned team to deliver customized learning/training solutions. |
Support the training and development of the leadership and high potential pool with customized programs.
Driving and ensuring compliance to the Performance management System.
Ensuring all training needs are met based on the training plan
Training & Development
Should handle PMS, C&B.
Position will be reporting to Managing Director.
