HR Manager - Implementation
- Single handedly managed full life cycle implementations and support for all HR technology projects
- Project Management & Solutions, Consulting experience in HRIS, HR Technology
- Hands on experience in HR Systems includes ; SAP Success Factors HCM Suite
- Work closely with the country and the SBU HR leadership team in redesigning/modification of existing processes and process flows on SuccessFactors platform
- Engage with internal stakeholders to elicit and document detailed Business Requirements for HR Technology and Process transformation projects
- Run solution design workshops along with internal and external stakeholders to find optimum solution, based on market benchmarks / industry best practices
- Do impact analysis and cost benefit analysis of "To Be" process against "As-Is" process. Build business case for leadership briefing.
