Role : Head HR Role Reports to : CEO Location : Navi Mumbai Job Responsibilities - Lead and Manage HR Team - Plan Manpower Requirement - Talent Acquisition - Talent Retention - Design and Implement HR Strategy - Planning, Training and Up-skilling staff as per requirements. - Review and report staff performance, initiate performance improvement plan. - - Act as Ambassador of the Organisation in External Forums Report all progress & specific issues to higher authorities on a need basis and additionally any crucial matter that needs to be reported on an urgent basis. - Maintaining Discipline in work force, review model code of conduct, institute disciplinary action. Qualifications : - Post Graduate with HR preferred - 10 years experience in a senior / lead HR role preferably in IT or Telecom Industry; but, service sector experience is a must. - Has Lead a team in past - Compensation -10 to 14 L pa. Can go higher for a great candidate too.
