Having a team close to 8,000 employees and manufacturing plants, technological centers and offices located throughout 19 countries in Europe, North America, South America and Asia.   Position: HR Manager / HR Generalist  Experience: 7 to 10 yrs  Location: Hyderabad  Qualification: MBA (HR) from premier institution  Key Responsibilities :  - Drive and enable a culture of innovation and a positive employee, manager and candidate experience  - Consult, coach and execute with the business to identify, develop and drive key human capital initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, and rewards and recognition.  - Analyze and communicate insights through the use of key talent metrics to provide guidance to the business.  - Partner and team up with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, enhance, align and drive the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.  - Strategically drive pay-for-performance including salary planning, promotions, resource planning and talent calibration.  - Lead the analysis and interpretation of engagement survey results, identifying trends and collaborating with leaders to identify and implement action planning.  - Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations; providing coaching techniques and developing performance improvement plans  - Advise and execute on statutory, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, policies and procedural issues across India  - Action and results-orientation with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to make decisions quickly  Desired :  - Demonstrated ability to analyze/use HR metrics to partner with the business, influence action and be the HR champion and co-owner of business agenda  - Diversified knowledge and application of processes and programs such as organization design and development, change management, workforce and succession planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, training, and recruitment.  - Demonstrated ability to coach and influence  - Demonstrated group facilitation and engagement skills.  - Proven operational and project management skills.  - A track record of creativity and innovative solutions  - Proven ability to work effectively in a team manages conflict, and build trust.  - A track record of creativity and innovation human capital solutions.  - Excellent communication skills.
