HR Manager/HRBP & HR Generalist role/MNC -Renewable energy

We are currently hiring for HR Manager role with a leading MNC renewable energy organization.

Location - North India

 Report to - Head HR

Education - Regular MBA

 CTC - As per Industry Standard

 Mandatory experience :

- Prefer male candidate only from Energy or Power sector

- Preferred candidate from MNC Background only from energy sector

KRAs :

- Partner with line managers, be a trusted advisor in all HR related processes and personnel issues:

- Recruitment of new employees and ensuring good recruitment processes, including psychometrical tests, reference checks, recommendations, contract management and on-boarding

- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and talent management

- Position evaluations using Hay Group methodology

- Support target setting and performance management process

- Cooperation and collaboration with HR at Headquarters

- Develop a team of specialists in the areas of recruitment and talent development

- Support in organization survey and in building OD initiatives and structures

- Drive and monitor engagement initiatives for the organization
