Handling Disciplinary Cases (Verbal Counseling, Written Warning & Separation).
Handling Employee Grievances.
Executing Performance Management & Appraisal.
Maintaining Trackers and Preparing Reports & Presentations.
Conducting Internal Job Posting / Transfer and Performance Improvement Program.
Employee Retention (RAG Analysis, One-on-one, Skip Meet & Welcome Calling).

- With 5-8 years experience in the hospitality sector and 4-5 years as HR Manager in the Hospitality Industry.
