Preparing Budget for Employee Connection & Employee Welfare.

Motivational Employee Engagement Programs (Reward & Recognition).

Handling Disciplinary Cases (Verbal Counseling, Written Warning & Separation).

Handling Employee Grievances.

Executing Performance Management & Appraisal.

Maintaining Trackers and Preparing Reports & Presentations.

Conducting Internal Job Posting / Transfer and Performance Improvement Program.

Employee Retention (RAG Analysis, One-on-one, Skip Meet & Welcome Calling).

HR MANAGER:- The candidate who are willing to work in Siliguri only are welcomed.

- MBA HR, With strong Knowledge in Industrial Relation/Disputes and Labour Law.

- Candidate from the hospitality Background

- Male Candidate

- With 5-8 years experience in the hospitality sector and 4-5 years as HR Manager in the Hospitality Industry.
