To Assist Sr. HR Manager in end of end HR to meet the Company’s business needs & standard.

MAIN Responsibilities

Recruitment:

- Prepare hiring forms for new vacancies and replacement.

- Draft Job Description and liaising with recruitment firms to avail quality recruitment services

- Screen CVs and conduct interviews for the candidates at junior and mid level. Provide logistics support on interview arrangement.

- Prepare local staff contracts, offer letters, reference checks

Statutory Compliances

- Ensure full statutory compliances as required by various industrial and other labour law.

- Regular follow up with the concerned agencies

- Ensure all concerned returns are filed Quarterly or annually as required

Entry & Exit Formalities:

- Conduct all on boarding and exit formalities.

- Facilitating induction/orientation programs

- Monitor & analyze staff turnover rate and conduct exit interview and provide recommendations to functional heads and HR Manager for retention & HR practice improvement.

HR Reporting, Audits & Budget:

- Prepare monthly head count reports.

- Provide input and assist in Social Reporting.

- Organise MPP under the supervison of HR Manager

- Assist HR Manager in preparing HR Budget, PMT

- Other Ad hoc Reports

HR Policies & Systems:

- Assist HR Manager in drafting HR policies and SOPs for DCI.

- Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System:

- Provide input to HR Manager for payroll processing.

- Review Tax forecast and calculation provided by the payroll vendor.

- Maintain Payroll files.

- Assist in organising the Compensation survey.

- Assisting HR Manager in PMS (Performance Management System).

Others:

- Devise and Implement Employee welfare programs

- Drive CSR activities for DCI.

- Assist in identifying the training needs and tie up with local training institutes. Arrange logistics for training.

- Maintain training records

- Manage Attendance, Employee Personal files, Leave records and other related areas.

- Contract Labour Management

- Grievance handling of Permanent and Contractual employees

- Provide input to Insurance agencies and ensure all employee are covered in the Insurance.

- Assist in organising the employee opinion surveys

- Other Ad hoc project/task allocated.

Looking for professionals with plant exposure and who have manged Green field project liasioning & aware of government formalities for the same.Strong on IR laws.
