Role Overview
- We are currently looking for a Manager Human Resources for the Retail Branding and information Soultions Business of Avery Dennison.
- The incumbent would be responsible for extending HR partnership to the Commercial and Support Functions of RBIS, India
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of professional relations, employee benefit, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change and development and communications for a client group(s)
- Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization
- Manage complex issues within HR area of expertise
- Be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy and anchor the talent management Process
- Work closely with the Business Leaders of RBIS, Regional HR teams to align the functional and business HR strategies Lead and initiate new and innovative HR practices to create a strong culture and high performing teams globally
- Drive human resources compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of human resource practices and policies
- Proactively partner with Functional Leaders on proper actions to become an Employer of Choice
- Facilitate recruiting, total rewards performance management, training and career development in Collaboration with the HR COE’s
Educational and Work Experience Requirements
- MBA from a Premier institute with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a HR Business Partner with an MNC, Preferably from a FMCG background
- Ability to work at a strategic level at the same time manage but at the same time execute day to day HR Operations
- Strong functional knowledge and working experience of Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Recruitment
- Ability to engage with and manage relationships with multiple stake holders in matrix environment, as well as external candidates in a confident and professional manner. Strong collaborative skills would be a key success factor to this role
- Sound ability to judge professional situations and relationships and adopt a high level of discretion where appropriate.
- Solid organization, communication and influencing skills.
