Company: Easiloan Fintech startup!! ABOUT THE ROLE Will be responsible for the successful set up of all sub functions within HR. Further the person would be responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities to ensure the organization is Employer of Choice in times to come. Needs a hands-on strategic executive with the ability to set up and lead the HR function from ground. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the recruiting lifecycle. - Collaborate with the senior management to define, identify staffing needs and execute the talent strategy. - Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department - Develop and monitor the annual departmental budget, goals and objectives and annual operational/work plan. Determine selection criteria - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, social platforms and professional networks) - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews - Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details. - Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements - Lead employer branding initiatives - Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates (Creating candidate Database). - Building ATS (Applicant tracking system) with in-house IT team. Collaborate with the senior management to define and execute the talent strategy. - Create and implement employee related policies keeping in mind best-practices within the industry. - Plan and implement an employee value proposition to attract and retain talent from the market. - Adhere to all Statutory Compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and requirement. - Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, programs and laws organization-wide. - Investigate employee relations issues such as disciplinary and grievances issues. - Work with managers to identify performance goals and objectives, standards of measurement and accountability.
