Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Manager of Human Resources for our manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the growth and success of our EV venture. This position is based in Bengaluru and will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and manufacturing goals.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and proactively provide HR solutions.

Talent Acquisition:

- Lead manufacturing roles' recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

- Develop strategies to attract top talent in the EV and manufacturing industry.

Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.

- Address employee concerns and grievances while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Performance Management:

- Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development.

- Work closely with department heads to establish performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs within the manufacturing team and design programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Support career development initiatives to retain and grow talent within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Manage and review compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in the market.

- Oversee benefits administration and recommend improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.

HR Compliance:

- Stay current with labour laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary changes.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.

HR Analytics:

- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.

- Make data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification preferred.

- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
