Opportunity for Equity and Deferred Compensation:
Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage deferred compensation award lifecycle from Grant to Delivery
- Accurately manage large value vesting cycle for Phantom stocks
- Partner with HRA/Recruitment teams to provide the estimation / Final valuation of buyout for stock awards including Stock option valuation using BS model
- Deliver regulatory and statutory reports for different regions globally, including the finance accruals to Finance Controllers
- Ensure proper treatment of deferred awards for leavers based on award terms and conditions and other contractual agreements
- Collaborate with Group HR, regional Compliance and trading vendor for smooth processing of trade requests
- Manage trading windows to ensure compliance with the Employee trading policies
- Manage employee and stakeholder communication related to Deferred compensation awards
- Administer deferred compensation awards using in-house and vendor systems to maintain accuracy of data
- Manage projects and sub-projects related to equity awards
- Ensure adherence to quality and timelines
Required Skills and Experience:
- Expert knowledge of deferred compensation award lifecycle
- Working knowledge of enterprise-level HCM systems (e.g. PeopleSoft)
- Prior experience of global regulatory reporting like FRS 20, Pillar 3, Form 42, etc.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Strong understanding of stock buyout valuations
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable skills:
- Understanding of Equate Plus employee share plan management system
- Understanding of financial services regulatory environment
- Understanding of year-end compensation processes ideally in investment banking
- Awareness of financial services regulatory environment.
