- Process Optimization & support in enhancing employee experience.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various HR cross functional team for process mapping &documentation of the individual verticals.
- Identify gaps or opportunities to improvise, Re-align, Re-engineer or design new process along with business users resulting in enhanced workflows & employee experience.
- Process Design Solutions & Documentation
- Enhance HR collaboration with employee wrt., standardize & Templatize various policies &processes.
- Exploring digital first mindset and support the business team with design solutions.
- Prepare requirement specification notes for digitization.
- Conduct impact analysis on the rest of the HR ecosystem and related processes
Audit & Governance :
- Enable creation of an Internal Audit Process for critical process in each HR vertical.
- Support in developing post audit action plan.
- Enable & Facilitate Set up and monitor the RACI\(Responsibility-Accountability-Consulted-Informed)framework checklist for critical process.
- Regular review and maintenance of processes at predefined intervals (annual or otherwise), along with process owners.
- Monitor health of the process implementations
