Job Description:
Employee Engagement - Leadership connect/ Skip level meeting/ Gallup survey/Induction/ Onboarding/Attrition Management/ Employee connect programs/ Welfare
- Gather data regarding employee engagement through multiple methods to gain insights into the employee experience across the organization
- Analyze and recognize patterns in employee data (i.e. metrics such as employee survey results, focus group info, etc) to shape engagement activities, drive action through the line, maximize impact and evaluate success.
- Use a range of employee feedback to regularly update/ inform activities
- Build relationships and collaborate across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements, whilst providing high levels of internal customer service. You will partner with HR and line colleagues to understand and meet the employee engagement needs of differing business areas.
- Highly motivated with an enthusiasm for employee engagement and a desire to seek out innovative ways to engage with employees.
Operation - MIS/SAP updation/ File management/Analysis
Statutory - Associate Management/ Statutory filings/ Audits/ Laisoning with Govt bodies.
