HR Manager Employee Engagement (4-6 yrs)

Location: Bangalore HO | Bren Mercury, Kaikondrahalli

Responsibilities:

- Planning and conducting employee engagement activities & communication initiatives Leaders and for senior employees

- Creating and driving the annual engagement calendar and leading the employee engagement agenda.

- Conceptualizing and managing employee welfare initiatives, team building workshops and various other events.

- Designing Induction program for senior managers & leaders & conducting employee engagement surveys.

- Facilitating continuous improvement and increasing efficiency of HR Operations through process analysis & data analytics.

- Identifying innovative ways of engaging top-performers and striving towards retaining them

- Preparing HR Analytics dashboard on a monthly basis on use of rewards and recognition platform, Recruitment Dashboard and Induction feedback for continuous improvement in the process.

- Assisting senior management in identifying and applying to various award opportunities for recognition at the organization level

- Working closely with the senior team to understand the major challenges and planning HR interventions

Requirements:

- MBA/Graduate with specialization in HR with 2+ years of experience

- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills blended with people management

- A complete people person who loves to talk & keep the employees motivated
