Our client, an e-commerce behemoth, is looking for a suitable candidate to handle its HR Operations which would involve the following activities

Job Responsibilities

- Take care of the Entire Gamut of HR activities

- Undertake & drive various employee engagement activities

- Each year HR Levers would be selected and the incumbent would be responsible to manage the initiative from scratch.

- To work closely with some of the businesses along with line HR function to create avenues for higher productivity or employee engagement & Development.

- To work closely with various HR Sub-domains and help create new standards and practices based on changes to various aspects.

CTC-12-18L depending on the skill you bring on the table.
