HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Must have qualification from Premier Colleges.

5+ Years of experience into Compensation and benefit.

Experience into Performance and Development/PR Strategy Planning and Execution/ Business Partnering/Partner Development & Team Building.

Provide partners with coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities and build effective teams.

Utilize various performance and talent development methods to meet the needs of the individual partners and the objectives of the organization.

Design and implement an effective reward and recognition program .

Partner with Support functions to drive business results by building capabilities in teams, talent pipeline and driving team collaboration.
