Purpose
Responsible for directing the strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, communication, and administration of compensation and benefit programs across all functions in consistent form.

As a HR Manager (Compensation), you would be expected to:
- Monitor compensation and benefits expenditure budgets and plan, develop and evaluate compensation and benefits programs
- Develop pay systems that are industry competitive and enable management to focus on rewarding individual and group performance
- Conduct job analysis to determine appropriate market pricing; review and approve salary increases and advise management on compensation actions for employees
- Coordinate with other HR managers and engage them in the compensation and benefits programs; job evaluation, salary, benefits and incentive programs
- Monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off, and vacation policies
- Work with accounting, legal, and tax departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with all tax laws
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform this job:
- 5 years of professional human resources experience
- 2+ year experience in managing, planning and implementing compensation, benefits
- Bachelor's and /or Master's degree in human resource or related area
- Critical thinking to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions
- Effectively communicating, both orally and written.
- Knowledge of principles, tools, and techniques of project management
- Skill in writing concise, logical, analytical reports and notes to justify compensation and benefits recommendations and decisions
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles
Salary offered: 20 - 25 LPA
