Location Responsibilities :
- Managing Chennai & Coimbatore location. Will act as a senior cover for the location.
- Drive HR processes and Policies at Chennai/Coimbatore location
- Assisting in recruitment process for Mid and Senior Positions.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Responsible for managing Payroll for India and the US Location
- Responsible for managing Insurance and Benefits plans - Costs, Renewals, Invoices, Reports etc
- Compensation and Benefits bench marking, Salary Survey, Market Analysis.
- Controlling Manpower Cost YoY
- Analyze market and internal data and make appropriate recommendations for Compensation review/ Compensation Re-Structuring
- Study Internal (Anomalies) & Market Parity (Inflation, Economic & Industrial growth etc.)
- Regularly review salary grids w.r.t the market and internal compensation trends & communicate to the recruitment team/ Superiors
Statutory Compliance's :
- Responsible for statutory compliance's across locations
- Responsible for Statutory and ISMS audits
MIS Reports :
- Responsible for Preparing and maintaining MIS reports related to the department.
Desired candidate Profile :
- 8-10 yrs Hr Domain, with exp with atleast 4-5 yrs of strong C&B exposure from ITES/IT/Retail/eCommerce industry
- Good analytic and logical skills, passionate about numbers. Good written and Verbal communication skills. Well versed with MS- Office (good in excel). Level Headed
- Bsc Maths/Statistics/ Physics. MBA - HR or BE with MBA HR, MA Psychology.
